   How to measure yourself
A Chest circumference
 Pass the tape measure under your arm to measure your chest circumference. Keep the tape close to your body, but be careful not to tighten it too much. Make sure to measure parallel to the floor.
B waist
 Measure at the narrowest point along the natural waistline. Please ensure the tape measure is close to the body without being too tight.
C-hip
 Please measure the widest part of your hips, making sure the tape is parallel to the floor.
D foot
 Please measure the inside of your foot from the base to the floor.
