Regarding pre-ordered products

The products marked as 【pre-order】 are such items.
Currently, the official stores in the United States are continuously out of stock, making these items difficult to restock. Therefore,
this is a reservation registration procedure to notify you first after production begins at the Chrome Hearts factory and the arrival is confirmed.

【Notes】

• ・Since the arrival time has not been fully determined, we cannot provide an exact arrival date.
  Please understand that it may take a longer time before placing an order.
• ・If you wish to receive a notification for the arrival of the desired product, please be sure to complete the order first.

【About Payment】

The following payment methods are available:
＜Bank transfer, credit card payment, cash on delivery＞

After confirming the product stock, we will proceed with the remittance notification or payment processing for credit cards, etc.
・If using credit card payment
the store will not charge the credit card company before the product stock is confirmed, so no deduction will occur. However, please note that the available credit limit may be temporarily held.

・If using bank transfer
please do not make the transfer before the store has confirmed the stock.
※If the transfer is completed before notification, the remittance handling fee will be deducted from the refund amount when processing the refund, we appreciate your understanding.

※Due to fluctuations in exchange rates and the increase in official Chrome Hearts prices, our selling prices may also be adjusted accordingly. Please understand that the actual selling price will be based on the price at the time of arrival, not the price at the time of ordering.

【Ordering Process】

1. After the order is established, the system will automatically send an order confirmation email, and the store will send a separate notification email.

If you do not receive an email from the store after waiting 2-3 days, please contact us.

5. After the product arrives at the store, it will be checked and confirmed to be correct before being sent to the customer.
