Terms of Service

This agreement stipulates the services provided by our online shopping network, the use of the site, and the membership of the site.

Article 1 (Members)

 

Chrome Heart requires registration as a member or information registration member (hereinafter collectively referred to as "members") to place orders on the online shopping site and use various services.


1. A member refers to a person who agrees to this agreement, completes the prescribed membership procedures, and is issued a network member ID and password by us.

2. We will consider all information entered at the time of membership registration to be correct. We will not be responsible for any disadvantages that may arise to the member due to incorrect information.

3. The member is fully responsible for the use and management of the network member ID and password issued at the time of registration. We will not be responsible for any issues arising from negligence in the use of the network member ID or from third parties using the network member ID and password.

4. If there are any changes to the registered information, the member shall promptly update the registration information.

5. Members can withdraw from membership based on the prescribed procedures set by us. However, the minimum necessary information for our business will not be deleted even upon withdrawal.

6. If a member falls under any of the following items, we may cancel the member's qualification at our discretion without notifying the member.

(1) If they interfere with our business or cause damage to us

(2) If they improperly use the network member ID or password

(3) If there is false information in the registration

(4) If we determine that the member is otherwise unsuitable

Article 2 (Handling of Personal Information)

1. Customer personal information refers to information that can identify a specific individual customer (such as name, address, phone number, date of birth, email address, etc.). We ask that you provide this information voluntarily. Additionally, if there is information that cannot be provided, some services may not be available.

2. When we collect your personal information, we will clearly state the purpose on our website or in catalogs. We will not use your personal information for purposes other than those disclosed to you. Furthermore, we will collect information using lawful and fair means.

We may conduct surveys to collect information necessary for our business activities, but the collected survey data will not be disclosed in a way that identifies individual respondents to third parties.

3. Description of product services.

(i) For shipping of products and after-sales service and communication after delivery

(ii) For providing information about new products and services, outbound product guidance, credit management related to transactions, collection management, debt management, and other sales activities related to lifestyle proposals

(iii) For creating statistical data for marketing, sales promotion, and product planning (individuals cannot be identified).

* Please note that we may record the content of phone calls from customers for the purpose of improving the quality of our internal telephone responses and accurately understanding inquiry content.

4. We will not provide your personal information to third parties except in the following cases.

Article 3 (Orders)

1. Your order limit is set based on your usage status with us.

2. According to our regulations, the payment method may be changed or your application for products may be declined. In such cases, the expected delivery date of the products may also change.

3. Those under 16 years of age should place orders in consultation with their guardians using the guardian's name.

4. The completion of an order is determined when the order information reaches our system and the order completion screen is displayed on the applicant's computer.

Article 4 (Delivery)

1. Normally, after payment, payment by credit card, bank transfer, or PayPay: 3-7 days
Payment by cash on delivery: 7-10 days

2. Depending on the product, delivery may take more than two weeks due to production circumstances.

3. If you apply for more than two types of products, they may not be delivered simultaneously.

4. In case of a surge in orders, the products you applied for may be sold out. In this case, we will notify you by phone or email that the item is sold out.

5. If the total order amount does not meet a certain amount, we will charge for product delivery. Additionally, some products may have individual shipping fees.

6. Due to the way the screen appears or the computer display, the actual product may look different in color or design.
